As the Vice President of Operations for itUSA, Scott is charged with the task of assiting Rafael Font de Mora, Executive Director with leading, guiding and supporting the entire itUSA team towards fully achieving its vision as outlined in the Mission Statement. In addition, Scott handles the training of itUSA staff to ensure great customer service satisfaction in all of our programs and services.

Ostrander is a 16 year veteran of the Hotel, Resort and Country Club community having spent eight of the 16 years as Resident Manager or General Manager of some of the nation's premier boutique and luxury facilities such
as CopperWynd Resort and Club, Beverly Plaza Hotel, Grove Isle Club and Resort, The Adolphus - Dallas and the Portofino Beachfront Resort and Yacht
Club.

He brings to itUSA a strong sense of service committment, staff development and a proven track record of business and financial goal achievement.
